HI,

I have a PS Vita. I've owned one for about a year and a half.My problem is that I can't play online. Games like Killzone: Mercenary, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z (Demo), and Terraria never work with me. I can search for rooms, but after that I always get a message saying that it's been disconnected.My PSN account is UAE (Emirates).
My results (according to show that my 'Ping' is 135 ms (I believe that Ping is latency) and Download Speed is 0.90 Mbps (The speed might increase depending on the time of the dayHelp would be appreciated.


Please help.
